6Hundy Sunday Update…. This week was super exciting for us. We were able to take the assembled engine model and install the transmission, oil pump, water pump starter and stator. BRC R600 is happening! Yesterday we buttoned up the printed engine with transmission, starter, clutch, stator, water pump, and oil pump. Today, the first actual aluminum parts are being machined on our mill.

Happy 6Hundy Friday! BRC’s Head Design Engineer stevebuffel has out done himself on the design of our R600 v-twin engine. Here he is showing off the RH case with the upper cylinder in place. Our 3D printers are running 24/7 making our replica parts. Happy 5Hundy Friday!!! This week we have something super exciting to share that has been in the works for awhile… What do you think of our 80hp BRC500TBi engine powering a Kramer roadrace chassis?! Scott Kolb’s creation could not have been executed better in our opinion. Mr. Kramer himself has visited Scott and ridden the bike which generated a huge smile! Light weight, top chassis, good rubber, awesome brakes, and 500cc 2T power! Scott used our BRC43mm TBi throttle body along with the TSP ERM module for fueling and ignition requirements. Can be seen this weekend at the handbuiltshow being held in Austin Texas.
