More R600 engine progress. All Left Hand cases are done in their Side A operation. Programming aright Hand Side A operations now. Transmission door was loaded up with a transmission and shifts beautifully even though it has no left side support. Rough turning of the crankshafts are done. We now will put in the crank pin holes then send for heat treatment. Once hardened, we will hard turn them to a mirror finish!

BRC R600 is taking shape! After so much time in concept and design, it’s amazing coming to work and seeing the rapid progress our machinist is making.
We are making a 600cc 2-stroke engine for 2006-current Yamaha R6 motorcycles. Your donor bike will supply the transmission, clutch, oil pump (transmission lubrication), water pump, and starter motor. We will supply everything else like: Engibe cases, cylinders, exhausts, crankshaft, pistons, bearings, seals, gaskets, orings, fasteners, CDi, and wiring harness, and much more!
This will allow you to take your 4T R6 and turn it into a 140+HP 2T 600cc motorcycle emulating the GP bikes from the early 2000’s.
